Welcome to Business of Possible ("we", "us", or "IBS"). By creating an account, subscribing to a Paid Membership, or otherwise using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Membership tiers

IBS offers a Free tier and two Paid Membership tiers (PM 1 and PM 2). Each tier includes a defined set of features described on the /membership page. IBS may adjust the features included in each tier at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email before taking effect.

2. Auto-renewal and billing

Paid Memberships are month-to-month with no fixed contract. Your subscription automatically renews on the same day each month via the payment method you provided at signup, until you cancel. You will be charged the current monthly price shown on the /membership page at the time of renewal.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Paid Membership at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to your paid tier until that date, then automatically move to the Free tier. We do not issue refunds for partial months on cancellation; the pro-ration flow described below applies only to upgrades and downgrades.

4. Upgrades and downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade between PM 1 and PM 2 at any time. When you change tiers mid-cycle, we pro-rate the difference based on the days remaining in the current billing period: upgrades are charged the difference immediately; downgrades receive a refund for the unused portion. The math is shown to you before you confirm the change.

5. Promotional codes

From time to time IBS may issue promotional codes granting a fixed-dollar or percentage discount off the standard monthly price, for a defined period (e.g. the first 3 months). Promotional pricing applies only for the duration stated at the time the code is redeemed; after that period, the standard monthly price resumes. Promotional codes are non-transferable and may not be combined.

6. Free tier

The Free tier is offered with no payment and no fixed time limit. It includes a subset of features that IBS may change at any time. IBS reserves the right to close inactive Free accounts after prolonged periods of non-use.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) share your account credentials or allow another person to use your account; (b) scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract course content; (c) resell or redistribute IBS materials; or (d) use the service in a way that harms other members or the service itself. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. Intellectual property

All course content, the IBS framework, the Business Simulator, coaching feedback, and other materials on this site are the intellectual property of Impossible Business Solutions or its licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your own learning during the active membership period.

9. AI-assisted coaching

Our simulator and reflection features use AI to generate personalized coaching output. AI output is guidance, not professional advice. IBS is not responsible for business, financial, legal, or personal outcomes based on AI-generated coaching. You accept that AI output can be imperfect, and you use it at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid IBS in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

IBS may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify active members by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
